From pasture-fed beef and lamb to vibrant fruits and vegetables grown just miles from the estate, we take pride in supporting local farmers and producers. The estate’s own land also contributes to this abundance—with honey from our resident bees, fresh eggs from our hens, milk from our goats, and Dexter cattle, a native Irish breed, grazing in nearby pastures.
