What staff are on hand during our stay?

Experienced housekeeping staff are on hand throughout your stay. A butler can also be arranged, subject to early booking, availability, and third-party fees.

Our housekeeping team maintain your rooms to a very high standard throughout your stay, including daily servicing, fresh linens, replenished toiletries, and a personalised turndown service each evening.
Is there a concierge service?

Yes. Our concierge team can help plan and book every aspect of your stay, from local excursions and specialist activities to bespoke experiences tailored to your interests.
Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. Private transfers to and from Belfast International Airport, George Best Belfast City Airport, and Dublin Airport can be arranged as part of your itinerary. Private helicopter transfers are also available upon request. All transfers are subject to availability and third-party fees.
